Employer Plans. We help employers looking to take a more active role in managing healthcare costs and outcomes while ensuring their employees and their families have access to better, more affordable healthcare. We provide advice regarding direct contracting, specialty carve-outs, nontraditional pricing structures, ERISA programs, pharmacy services, data privacy, corporate governance and transactions, and more.

Commercial Payors. We help payors with regulatory compliance (such as Medicare Advantage and Managed Medicaid programs) and provider contracting, including developing unique reimbursement mechanisms tied to quality metrics. We advise payors and providers on joint venture arrangements and on aligning incentives around evidence-based care and quality outcomes.
