Benjamin Janacek focuses on appellate work in his steadily growing litigation practice. His experience includes legal research and analysis on complex statutory and constitutional questions and collaborating on majority, concurring and dissenting opinions.

Prior to joining BakerHostetler, Ben clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. During law school, he clerked for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee and the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Legal Policy, where he received a solid foundation in performing research and formulating arguments.
