Brian Bulson focuses his practice on counseling clients in connection with significant business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, debt finance transactions and other commercial transactions in a variety of industries. He has a depth of experience in transactions relating to waste management and recycling, manufacturing, healthcare, software and technology industries. Brian has engineering and technology-related degrees and more than 15 years of experience representing clients in all types of business transactions.

  • Represented a client in connection with the formation of a joint venture involving a casino and horse racing complex and negotiation of senior and subordinate credit facilities with respect to construction and operation of a redeveloped casino and entertainment facility, and the ultimate sale of such complex to a prominent entertainment company. 
