Brian Bulson focuses his practice on the acquisition and disposition of business entities by means of mergers, asset transactions, and equity purchase arrangements, as well as commercial financing and capital-raising transactions. In particular, Brian has significant experience working on transactions in the waste management, healthcare, software and manufacturing industries. He has the ability to understand and address his clients' ultimate goals while maintaining focus on the details of a transaction.
Brian also has significant experience assisting clients in intellectual property and information technology matters, including the negotiation of agreements relating to licensing, development, and transfer of software and all other forms of intellectual property. He regularly conducts intellectual property due diligence and negotiates intellectual property deal terms in a range of deal structures.
