Charleston Morford focuses her real estate practice on commercial real estate transactions, with emphasis on high-volume leasing. Charleston previously worked for a vertically integrated national real estate investment trust (REIT) as in-house counsel. During this time she developed a depth of experience working with construction, property management and brokers, among other internal parties involved in development and leasing.
