Hallie Israel is a business-minded litigator focusing on complex commercial disputes.

Her growing practice is shaped by wide-ranging experience within the healthcare, data security, insurance and financial services markets. Hallie draws from her background in fundraising and outreach to strengthen her self-starting, strategic and solutions-oriented approach.

Select Experience

  • Counsel for major market health insurer in tortious interference suit involving PPO network bids to self-insured public entities. Following a month-long trial, the jury rendered a verdict in favor of the client, which defendant did not appeal.
  • Member of E-discovery team tasked with sophisticated privilege review in multidistrict data security litigation.
  • First-chair pro bono counsel representing an incarcerated individual in a motion for compassionate release.
