  • Counsel for major market health insurer in tortious interference suit involving PPO network bids to self-insured public entities. Following a month-long trial, the jury rendered a verdict in favor of the client, which defendant did not appeal.
  • Member of E-discovery team tasked with sophisticated privilege review in multidistrict data security litigation.
  • First-chair pro bono counsel representing an incarcerated individual in a motion for compassionate release.
