Overview

Kiley Keefe focuses her practice on cybersecurity and data breach preparedness and response. She provides clients across various industries with a thorough, comprehensive view of their complex cybersecurity matters and guides them in preparing for and responding to data breach incidents. Kiley helps clients navigate incident response and data breach investigations by coordinating forensic investigations, preparing notification communications, responding to enforcement actions and overseeing implementation of restoration efforts. She also provides strategic counsel regarding regulatory compliance with applicable state and federal breach notification statutes.

In addition to her work in cybersecurity, Kiley has considerable experience in civil litigation. She has served as a crucial component on legal teams representing an array of clients – a Fortune 100 restaurant company, a Big Ten university, pharmaceutical companies and the largest biofuel company in the U.S. – and has participated in every aspect of the litigation process, including strategy development, factual investigation, legal research, discovery, motion practice and trial preparation.
