Michael brings hands-on experience to the firm’s Advertising, Marketing and Digital Media team. With a solid foundation in technology and data privacy, Michael advises clients on a variety of privacy issues. Having previously worked as a publicist and marketing associate for a variety of technology and consumer product clients, Michael has a familiarity with the needs and expectations to stand out in today’s marketplace.

Working at the intersection of data privacy and advertising, Michael focuses on issues such as claim substantiation, COPPA compliance, TCPA and CAN-SPAM.
