Overview

Rachael Israel is dedicated to assisting individual and corporate clients who are facing the challenges of litigation, criminal investigations and regulatory actions. Rachael excels at in-depth analysis of complex legal issues, as well as developing big-picture strategies, and helps clients resolve disputes through cost-effective solutions and focused responses. With an emphasis on complex commercial and employment litigation, she provides comprehensive counseling and litigation services to in-house counsel, business owners and individuals. Rachael also advises on risk avoidance and mitigation in employment and compliance matters.

For more than 20 years, Rachael has defended clients in state and federal courts, at the trial and appellate levels. Rachael has also served as the general counsel for a nationally renowned compounding pharmacy for the past 15 years, advising leadership on legal issues, employment matters, risk and compliance before the FDA and 45 state Boards of Pharmacy. She also sits on the Board of Directors for the company, helping to develop growth strategies and initiatives.
