Sherman Helenese brings a wealth of privacy, licensing and technology transactions experience to the Digital Assets and Data Management Group. His practice exclusively focuses on complex matters associated with the intersection of technology transactions and privacy. He advises a number of ecommerce, retail, software and blockchain companies on a variety of licensing, technology transaction and privacy related matters. Sherman’s previous in-house experience at Microsoft lends to his customer-friendly and practical approach to the resolution of client matters.
