Overview

Tony Roehl is the Leader of the Insurance and Regulatory team and focuses his practice on the insurance and financial services industries, where he advises insurance companies, agencies and financial services firms on mergers and acquisitions, corporate consolidations, company formation, licensing, Holding Company Act filings and transactions, form and rate filings, formation and licensing of managing general agencies, complex distribution and marketing agreements, multi-state licensing, all aspects of insurance industry regulatory compliance, including Department of Insurance inquiries, and captive insurance.

Tony has been instrumental in the establishment and growth of the captive insurance industry in Georgia.
