He has represented clients in connection with government investigations, including by the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FIRA) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). He also has extensive experience in complex cross-border matters and regularly advises clients on issues that arise in international cases and investigations.
