Partner Artie McConnell and Associate Jonathan Cardenas will present at the American Bar Association Business Law Section Fall Meeting 2025, which takes place Sept. 18-20, 2025, in Toronto, Canada, as well as virtually.
McConnell will present and Cardenas will moderate a panel on “Energy Private Equity Transactions,” which will provide an overview of legal, business and technological considerations that arise in domestic and international energy private equity transactions. Cardenas will also moderate a panel titled “Current Trends in Fintech and Digital Assets,” which will examine crypto asset regulatory developments and market trends.
