She obtains successful results for her clients in the areas of fiduciary duty, business divorces, partnership disputes, contracts, fraud, noncompetes and class action defense. Barrow regularly advocates on behalf of issuers in securities litigation matters, including securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits and merger disputes.

<a href="https://www.bakerlaw.com/professionals/shruti-bhutani-arora/">Shruti Bhutani Arora</a> (San Francisco) takes a comprehensive approach in advising clients on privacy matters, including compliance with U.S. and global privacy laws and regulations such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended from time to time, and the General Data Protection Regulation. She also helps clients prepare and negotiate complex technology contracts.
