A team that included Partners JR Lanis and Bryan Wasser, Counsel Lilit Kazangyan and Associates Macy Hawkins and Sean Cheatle advised Z Squared Inc., a dogecoin mining company, in its merger with Coeptis Therapeutics Holdings, a biopharmaceutical and technology company focused on innovative cell therapy platforms for cancer, autoimmune and infectious diseases. The newly combined company will focus on Z Squared’s digital mining expertise and will be led by Z Squared executives.
The merger was completed on April 24, 2026, with an aggregate combined valuation of approximately $835 million.
