Partners Elizabeth McCurrach and Nichole Sterling, Of Counsel Janine Anthony Bowen and Associate Jimmy Nguyen co-authored an article for The Legal Intelligencer titled “Data On and Off the Playing Field: The Business of Sports Data.” Published Aug. 4, 2026, the article delves into the different types of data collected by sports organizations, the various resources from which it is obtained and how it should be treated as a strategic asset instead of a sports byproduct.
The article was also published in the September issue of Law.com’s Entertainment Law & Finance newsletter as “Strategies for Handling Sports Data.”
