Associate Rebecca Schrote will serve as a presenter during the Columbus Bar Association CLE titled “APEX Depositions: The Agonies and the Ecstasies of Taking and Defending Depositions of a Company’s Top Exec.” Taking place May 14, 2025, the half-day session explores the APEX disposition, or when one party takes the deposition of the opponent’s president or CEO.
