HEADLINES
- President Joe Biden will meet with King Abdullah II of Jordan, speak at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum’s annual Days of Remembrance ceremony, and campaign in Wisconsin and Illinois.
- The House will take up a motion to vacate the chair of Speaker Mike Johnson, which is all but certain to fail.

HOUSE
- The House will be in session tonight through Thursday, likely dealing with a motion to vacate the chair.
- Noteworthy administration officials testifying on the president’s fiscal year 2025 budget request include Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo and Federal Communications Commission Chair Jessica Rosenworcel, both Wednesday.
- The Foreign Affairs Committee will hold a hearing tomorrow on the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation’s efforts to outcompete China’s Belt and Road Initiative.

SENATE
- The Senate will be in session Tuesday through Thursday, trying to complete consideration of legislation reauthorizing the Federal Aviation Administration.
- Senate budget hearings include Secretary of Labor Julie Su, Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Robert Califf, and Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Michael Regan.
- The Commerce Subcommittee on Consumer Protection, Product Safety and Data Security will hold a hearing Wednesday on consumer data security.

WHITE HOUSE
- Today, the president will have lunch with King Abdullah II of Jordan.
- Tomorrow, he will deliver the keynote address at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum’s Days of Remembrance ceremony at the Capitol.
- Later in the week, Biden will travel to Racine, Wisconsin, and Chicago for campaign activities.
