The conference, titled “International Law in Times of Crisis,” is presented by the State Bar of Texas, International Law Section.  Robert W. Jordan, former U.S. ambassador to Saudi Arabia and past president of the Dallas Bar Association, will deliver the keynote presentation.</p>
