About the team
Bancroft has nearly 20 years of experience working with numerous retail brands in their expansion efforts across the United States as well as representing developers and private equity funds in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of shopping centers, multiuse development projects and outparcels.
A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Bancroft earned his J.D. from Emory University and his B.A. from Grove City College.
Bittner has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience representing developers, lenders, retail companies, landlords and tenants in all aspects of real estate financing, leasing, acquisition, disposition and development. His experience includes negotiating and completing numerous real estate acquisitions and sales, real estate development projects, traditional commercial leasing transactions, and sale-leaseback leasing transactions. Additionally, his experience also includes representing owners and developers in a variety of Department of Housing and Urban Development-related refinancing and restructuring transactions.
Bittner earned his J.D. from Capital University, cum laude, and his B.A. from Edinboro University.
Bridwell also has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, representing developers, private equity funds, investors and retail companies in all stages of real estate transactions.
Bridwell earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia and her B.A. from Agnes Scott College.
