Bridget works closely with clients to understand and achieve their goals and she effectively manages multidisciplinary and cross-office teams in complex matters. Her practice spans a broad array of industries, including energy, health care, higher education, media and insurance. Bridget also counsels Fortune 50 and Fortune 100 clients on antitrust and competition issues.

Bridget is the Managing Partner of the firm's Los Angeles office and a member of the firm’s Energy Industry team and Cartel and Government Antitrust Investigations Task Force. She is nationally recognized by The Legal 500 United States and The Best Lawyers in America® and she was selected locally by the Daily Journal as among the Top 25 Antitrust Lawyers in California in 2022, 2024 and 2025.

<li>Obtained a motion to dismiss with no subsequent appeal in representing a top-ranked private research university in a putative antitrust class action brought by students with noncustodial parents against 40 of the nation’s top private universities and the College Board, alleging that defendants conspired to artificially lower the amount of financial aid offered to them.</li>
<li>Defending a leading multispecialty nonprofit academic medical center in antitrust class action litigation alleging a conspiracy to limit employment and compensation opportunities for pharmacy residents.</li>
<li>Key member of a trial team that litigated liability and damage estimation issues against Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) on behalf of 75,000 victims of the 2017 and 2018 northern California wildfires in connection with BakerHostetler’s representation of the Official Committee of Tort Claimants in PG&E’s historic Chapter 11 bankruptcy, which resulted in a $13.5 billion settlement on behalf of wildfire victims.</li>
<li>Representing a global energy company seeking to recover environmental costs related to aviation gasoline.</li>
<li>Defending a national broadcaster against Sherman Act Section 1 claims brought by a putative class of purchasers of broadcast TV spot advertising.</li>
<li>Represented a global energy company in litigating a dispute tied to California wildfire events.</li>
<li>Defended an aerospace engineering firm against Sherman Act Section 1 claims brought by a putative class of aerospace workers alleging anticompetitive conduct in the labor market.</li>
<li>Represented a corporate subject of a DOJ Antitrust Division criminal no poach investigation.</li>
<li>Represented a corporate subject of a DOJ Antitrust Division criminal price fixing investigation.</li>
<li>Represented a corporate third-party subpoena recipient in U.S. v. Google and State of Colorado et al. v. Google civil antitrust lawsuits.</li>
<li>Member of a trial team representing a certified class of dairy farmers located in 14 southeastern states against the Dairy Farmers of America, Dean Foods and a number of other defendants in an action alleging violations of Section 1 of the Sherman Act by unlawfully conspiring to eliminate competition for the marketing, sale and purchase of raw milk in the Southeast. Litigation was settled for more than $300 million, along with the agreed reform of significant business practices.</li>
<li>Represented several major children’s hospitals in three cases challenging a federal agency’s application of guidance as an interpretative rule. Obtained preliminary and permanent injunctive relief enjoining the agency from recouping millions of dollars from the hospitals.</li>
<li>Represented multiple children’s hospitals challenging an agency’s final rule codifying guidance that denies children’s hospitals millions of dollars in supplemental Medicaid funds. Obtained vacatur of the rule on summary judgment.</li>
<li>Member of a team representing a certified class of dairy farmers in an action alleging an unlawful conspiracy to eliminate competition for the marketing, sale and purchase of raw milk in the Northeast in violation of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act. Settlements totaling $80 million, plus non-monetary relief, were obtained on behalf of the clients and class.</li>
<li>Represented a heavy equipment manufacturing client in a dispute involving trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, and false advertising.</li>
<li>Represented a heavy equipment manufacturing client in a complex contract dispute that included allegations of fraud.</li>
<li>Member of a team that conducted an internal investigation of a Fortune 100 company in connection with alleged criminal antitrust violations.</li>
<li>Represented tobacco company client in the defense of antitrust claims brought by a purchaser under the Robinson-Patman Act.</li>
<li>Represented a technology company in a patent infringement matter involving on-hold music and messaging technology.</li>
