With a background in insurance transactions and regulation, Conor advises clients in the insurance industry on a broad span of regulatory, corporate and transactional matters. He handles a wide range of regulatory issues, including the formation and licensing of insurers and insurance intermediaries, market conduct and compliance with state insurance laws.
