Eric has experience in drafting and preparing individual and regulatory notifications, managing follow-up inquiries and liaising with state attorneys general, federal agencies and international regulators on behalf of clients.

Eric also recognizes the constantly changing nature of cybersecurity requirements in government contracts, and has assisted clients in navigating compliance issues involved in the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

During his tenure as a cybersecurity consultant, Eric took the lead on initiatives related to expert witness reports, declarations and rebuttal reports, supporting client litigation efforts. His work included conducting cybersecurity posture assessments adhering to established standards such as the CIS CSC, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and NIST 800-171. Additionally, Eric coordinated and managed client remediation efforts, offering technical solutions and developing policies, procedures and plans.

Designated as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals, Eric helps clients understand their obligations under various regulations relating to data privacy.
