She works with clients across a range of industries on data security matters, including coordinating digital forensic investigations, assessing breach notification obligations and responding to regulatory inquiries. Kathryn has significant experience addressing the legal risks associated with business email compromises, ransomware events and other data security incidents. In addition, she counsels clients on strengthening their cybersecurity posture through proactive measures such as tabletop crisis simulations and the development of comprehensive incident response plans.

<li>Regularly advises clients on all aspects of cybersecurity incident responses, including engaging third-party services, preparing breach notifications and managing customer service responses to incident-related inquiries</li>
<li>Drafts responses to state attorney generals, international regulators, financial regulators, federal agencies and others in relation to data breaches and cybersecurity incidents.</li>
