Kyle Kennedy is a cybersecurity and privacy attorney who draws on his athletic background to provide thoughtful insights on sports law and emerging issues in the NIL landscape. Kyle has a particular interest in cybersecurity, as he was co-president of the Cyber Law Association of Washington during law school, quantified legal risk for various cyber activities for BakerHostetler’s Digital Assets and Data Management team as a summer associate in 2023, and served as a research assistant for Advanced Cyber, LLC.
