Matt Somogye handles all types of employment matters, from class action and wage and hour disputes to discrimination and retaliation cases, as well as restrictive covenant litigation. Matt also advises clients on employment-related issues and has experience leading collective bargaining negotiations and appearing on behalf of management in arbitrations.
For years prior to joining the firm, Matt taught at a number of different educational institutions serving diverse and unique communities. He draws on this experience in working with clients and human resources personnel to develop practices that best serve the needs of clients and an ever-evolving workforce.
