Wendy Markham is the co-leader of BakerHostetler’s Real Estate team and practices in the area of commercial real estate, focusing in the areas of national homebuilding and healthcare. She has a broad spectrum of experience in acquisitions, development, dispositions, leasing, eminent domain actions, complex assemblages and repurposing of commercial projects.
