Overview

Elana Weinblatt focuses her growing practice on digital risk and cybersecurity. Diligent and organized, she has managed hundreds of cases across all types of industries.

Once a data security event occurs, Elana works with the client to investigate the breach, examine forensic evidence to determine what happened and assist the client in responding appropriately while complying with the law. She manages the entire response effort, from developing a response strategy to contracting with outside vendors to put it into motion. Elana also maps out the steps the client can take to help mitigate the risk of additional data breaches in the future.
