Overview

Michael Neminski is a member of the general litigation team focusing on commercial, data privacy and antitrust litigation. He has significant experience with all phases of litigation, including initial pleadings, e-discovery and brief drafting, which he leverages to counsel clients and develop the most effective plan to reach their desired objectives in each case.

Barred in Delaware and Pennsylvania, Michael has experience litigating in the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Delaware Superior Court’s Complex Commercial Litigation Division and the U.S. District Court, District of Delaware. This includes litigating expedited cases seeking injunctive relief, securing dismissal of claims seeking removal of an advisor to financial trusts and advising clients on transaction structures, based on extensive research of Delaware law, to minimize litigation risks.
