Rachel Pearson helps clients navigate the highly detailed and very complex employee benefits arena as she develops her growing practice. She has experience with health and welfare plans and multiple types of retirement plans (including 401(k), 403(b) and pension plans).

Rachel sharpened her legal research and drafting skills during a judicial internship with the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia and as a student researcher at Western Kentucky University. As a member of the Executive Board for the Duke Law Journal, she read and edited hundreds of dense law articles, honing her time management skills and learning to simplify complex law concepts.
