Partners Raam Jani and Jordan Bethea served as co-leaders of a team that advised private equity firm Altaline Capital Management on the launch of Saratoga Compliance Solutions, a next generation insurance compliance platform that was formed through the combination of 3H Compliance Group and National Licensing Compliance Group. The new platform will address the growing complexity of state-level compliance requirements facing insurance carriers, distributors and service providers.
Other members of the team included Partners Jeff Slavin, Adam Nazette, Matt Wochok, Meagan Martin, Ormend Yeilding, Brandon Marcus and Stefan Smith, Counsel Erika Vela and Associates Jonathan Park, Alec Lybik, Richard Reis, Jason Wilhelm and Chang Baek.
